Sash pivot bar (plastic) two piece

Attached are pictures of a two-piece, plastic pivot bar system that we need a number of replacements for. Overall dimensions of the top of the "carrier" section is 2-7/16" x 1/2" The actual plastic pivot bar is 3-1/8" and when in place, extends 1/2" beyond the carrier. The pivot bar is Octagonal along the part that sits within the carrier, and U-shaped where it extends into the sash lock.

The end of the pivot bar has a slight barb on the end to lock it into the carrier when inserted.
