Hello, It's tough to be sure but I agree that your housing pivot resembles the 15-087 as long as the specifications match up to yours. I would also recommend weighing your windows sash and dividing the total by the number of S180 coil springs used on both sides of the window. That will allow you to confirm the strength options needed for your replacement coils. Take a look at these parts, as well as the related items listed on our product pages, to compare to your original hardware. As for the pivot bar, we don't carry an exact match but review the specifications of the 26-068 below. As long as at least one installation hole in your sash matches up to one of the elongated openings in our part, you should be good to go. Thank you!
