Just purchased this house and these window pivots are breaking in half or off when opening or removing window. The material the pivots are made of it's almost like it's breaking down..

Thank you for your post. Please take a look at our 17-056. The critical dimension to pay close attention to is the width of the base. Ours is 13/32" and the depth of the pivot coming out from the base is 5/8". See if yours matches up with ours.
