Sash plastic part is broken

Question

The sash has a plastic part (fitting) on each side facing the vertical frame. This plastic part interfaces with the balance.  On one side of the sash the plastic fitting is broken where the balance has nothing to push against.  Does your company supply the sash plastic fitting for MW brand.  Pictures are attached.

It appears you have an older top sash guide that is no longer made. We recommend reviewing the dimensions of the 18-009 top sash guide as a possible alternative option. The catch is that you would need to trim down the top edges for the guide to fit in your the window sash.
