Sash rating

I need to get the S380 window balance and my sash rating stamped on my old rail is 3530. I need to get a 32in long 380 series should I go with the 3130 option since I don't see 3530 as an option?

Thanks for writing in! A balance marked with a 3530 stamp, would typically have a metal channel that measures 36". Are you certain the length of your channel is 32"? If so, I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash to confirm the correct stamp for your 32" balance.

May I see a photo of the existing balances? I am looking to see photos of the top and bottom attachments, the spring and pulley system in the center of the balance, and the stamp from the channel.
