Sash release lever

Question

Good morning, I purchased 10 item 26-119 order 1204815 earlier this month and the widow latch part is too long (deep) for my windows. These have the same overall size as mine, but the two hooks clips for mine are 1/4 inch and the new replacement ones are slightly over 3/8 inch. Do you have the shorter clip length that I can order? Please advise me for the proper part number and I'll reorder them. Thank you

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear the 26-119 didn't work out for you; you can see our Return Policy here. The most important dimensions with these release levers is the length of those prongs, as well as the distance between the prongs. Take a look at our 26-234. The prongs are 1/4" long, like your old sash lever; however the distance between them is listed differently than the 26-119. Go over the dimensions carefully and let us know if you think this latch is a better match.
