The dimensions for my lever is 2" by 3/4" by 1/4". The hooks are attached directly to the lever without additional bracing between them, which the item 26-119 has adding additional depth to. Thank you

Could you show me a photo of your old lever? I'd like to see an undamaged version so we can clearly see the prongs. Can you also confirm the length of your prongs? The other dimensions for the lever don't matter. The overall height and width could be anything and it would still install, as long as the prongs are the same. That's the most important part.
