Sash release lever replacement

Home Owner from Pennsylvania
I would like to purchase four replacement sash release levers but I am not sure of the correct size.  The measurements are 2" length and 7/8" wide but because the tabs that hold the lever in place are broken, I don't know the depth. I do not know the name of the window manufacturer.  If you want any other information, please let me know.  Thank you

Thanks for posting. We may be able to help, but we will need to see a version of this surface lever with the lower prongs as intact as possible. These levers are really distinguished by the length of those prongs, and the distance between them. If you can provide those dimensions to use, we'll do our best to see if we have a match. Keep in mind many of these internal style tilt latch configurations are no longer made--we have substitute options, but first let's see if we can find a match for this lever.

Thank you for your response.  I was able to find one lever with only one of the two prongs missing, photos attached.  The additional measurements of the prong are:  length - 9/32" and distance between prongs - 1/8".  Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me. The closest match we have is the 26-234 Surface Lever. The prong dimensions are close to what you report, but not identical, so double-check your measurements to see if this matches up.

If the prongs are not the same, to be honest your old surface lever is likely no longer available anywhere. Many of these internal tilt latches have been phased out over the years, and you may be better off seeing if you can convert your window to use a surface mounted tilt latch pair like the 26-228 and 26-229, or the 26-193 and 26-194. The video below shows how.

Thank you for your help.  It looks as if that will work.
