We appreciate your patience with us. Take a look at both the S351-29 and S390-29 channel balances. Based on the depth of your bottom balance shoe will determine which of these balances are a match for you. You would choose the 2830 option based on your stamping of "28 3". For the top sash guide, see if your measurements are compatible with our 18-044.
