Sash replacement

Thanks for writing in to us! The stamp from the balance is what indicates the weight range a balance should be able to carry to support the sash weight; however, it cannot identify the exact balance you need to purchase. 

I'll need to see photos of the top and bottom of the balance as well as the pulley system at the center of the balance. If this happens to be a balance for a tilt window, I'll need to see a photo of any compatible hardware that may be in the window channel.
