I am afraid that code only tells us the strength of the spring inside the balance. The nylon fittings on both ends are what determines the kind of balance you need, or what we call the Series. If you can show us up-close photos of both nylon fittings, I am confident we can narrow this down for you. Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. Is the metal channel, not including those fittings, 29" long? If so, see our S395-29. You'll need a stamp option of 2840.
