Thanks for writing in. This looks like the guide used on a window hinge like our 36-004-10, performing the exact function you describe. I am afraid these guides are not sold separately. When they break, the entire hinge set in the window should be replaced. See if the 10" 36-004-10 matches what is in your window. Let me know if you have questions.
