Thanks for posting! Your latch lever reminds me of the 26-119 Sash Release Lever or our 26-234 Tilt Latch Actuator. To determine if either of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

If you are looking to replace the compatible internal latch, I'll need to see a photo of your existing latch removed from the sash.
