Connects spring to top of window frame , on first 3 pictures the plastic or nylon piece broke off

Window closed, spring extended is 44". Without tension 22".

Thank you. We believe you might have a Caradco window. This balance may be tricky to find these days since it's very old, but we might be able to help. May we have the length of the plastic tube? Ignore the fittings at the top and bottom, I'm only interested in the tube. Can you also tell me the color dye at the end of the spring?

The tube is 21.5" long. The tube is white, I can't tell the color of the spring dye. The plastic window anchor is blue.

Thanks again for your patience. Unfortunately, in our search we have only discovered that this balance is discontinued and no longer made. I'm afraid that this is just a bit too old. Due to its age and design, I'm also unaware of any alternatives that may be on the market.

I'm very sorry for the bad news.
