The back of the lock says "pat pend" and "6". I have triple pane, gas filled, unframed windows.

How do you operate these latches? Can't pop it out or put it back in, stays popped. Thanks

The button should pop in and out. If it will not engage, then it is likely you'll need to replace the part.
