I am selling my house and trying to avoid big expenses like window replacement. These windows are at least 25 years old manufactured by Poly-Tex. The Window frames meet at 45 degree angles the dash tilt mechanism in each top corner is held in by a screw on Top and a screw on the side. I have a picture I can send if that helps the plastic tab on that protrudes on the side to lock in the track is broken. Is this replaceable. Is there a replacement part. How difficult is this for a semi handy person? Newer windows seem pretty easy to gently tap off top rail just not sure this Conder window is the same.

Hello,
It looks like your window uses internal tilt latches. We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an intact latch fully removed from the sash frame to compare to our inventory. See the video below to help you through the process. Thank you!
