Thanks for writing in. This looks like a tilt latch. I'd like to confirm what kind it is. Is this an internal tilt latch? That is to say, is this mechanism embedded within the corner of the window sash, with a thumb lever on the surface for function? If so, we probably won't be able to replace this specific latch, and I recommend you consider converting to surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. See the video below. If it's a different kind of latch, or you're uncertain, show us more pictures as well as any lever that interacts with this latch. Many thanks.
