Sash top

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you need new Top Sash Guides. Unfortunately I can't cross-reference any in our database with the Allied brand. That doesn't mean we can't help--in most cases, the only wat to properly identify a replacement is to remove the existing and guide and show us pictures from its front and side. Now, based on the shape of that top, this might be our 18-110. But this is just a guess, and you're going to have to remove it anyway to see if it matches up or not.
