I can't seem to find this style of top sash guide. Help! I am ready to purchase your channel balances (S350-28, option 2760) but need to replace one of the top sash guides.

Hello! I am very familiar with this top sash guide. The bad news is that it's discontinued and no longer made, but the good news is that our 18-171 can be used as an alternative. The catch is that you need to trim the top down to size so that it will fit in your sash. It's also important to note that any product altered in this way can't be returned for a refund.
