A quick learner from California says:
Picture 1015 shows the good part on the right and bad part on the left. I will two. I also found a logo looked like ww or mm. Not sure that helps

Looks like you need a new top sash guide. It's a little hard to tell what you have, though, since your originals are so damaged. You can start by looking at our 18-009 and 18-188. Look these two parts over and let me know if you could get either of these to work for you.
