Sash weight

Question

Hello, the enclosed photo of my coil balance spring has #6.5  35. Do I assume the number 35 has nothing to do with the weight? Also I seen on your site one similar to mine but it's made out of titanium. I doubt if mine is titanium but I just want to make sure. Thank you, Dan

Thanks for reaching out! Your coil balance spring looks like it could be our S160-6, given that it is stamped with a #6.5. Although, you'll want to confirm that your coil spring is 1/2" thick. Let me know if it is not.
