Sash weight

My channels have UB 28F stamped on them. Can u identify the weight from these numbers. Windows are milestone single hung 1000 from Florida extenders int. 4'-5" x 60"

You could have our Series 380 channel balance, but I am not sure. You only show the top nylon attachment. Please compare both your top and bottom nylon attachments to our Series 380 to confirm that they match.

Already figured the 380 series will work. I just needed to know which sash weight option would work. I just took the sash out and weighed it though. Came up with 38 lbs. so I ordered the 2860 option

I'm afraid a 2860 option is not strong enough. For a 38 pound sash, your balance will have to be custom made with a 2865 option, which can carry 35 through 39 pounds. I'm going to email you a custom order link and price quote for you to review. Let us know if you have any questions!
