Good question. The weight range for the 1930 stamp option is really 12 through 14 pounds, meaning that while being just over 14 pounds is in the upper limits of this weight range, it still should function just fine. Unless you ever found these windows difficult to open or keep open prior to the balances breaking, I'd advise just sticking with the original stamp option. Also, to be safe, make sure both fittings on this balance have wings, or 'side tabs'. They should be our 19-005 and, if the shoe is 1" deep, the 15-005. If so, then yes, you're absolutely right, the S380-20 is what you need. |
