Sash window balancer question

Hi, the balancer I?m trying to replace is 27in, shoe 1-1/16, and the sash weighs 15lbs, but I don?t seem to have a code. Can you tell me which balancer I need please? Thank you!

Does your top attachment have wings? What about your bottom attachment? Is the metal channel 27" by itself? Get back to me and I will recommend a balance.
