My window is missing a channel balance. 27 5 BSI Pm
Also top guide seems to be broken. Would you be able to tell me the weight for this window and correct channel balance? Also top guide as well.

Hey Michelle. We can help you replace this balance, but it has to be custom made due to its unique design. Can you give me a closer picture of that metal clip that comes out of the bottom nylon fitting or shoe? It may look like our 62-108 or 62-106, for instance. I need to confirm its shape to finalize what you need. Many thanks.
