Series 350 sash window channel balances?

I need a pair of this in 19.5 inch length. As per photo, markings on back say 19 5 BSI T E. The T might be an arrow pointing up, hard to tell. Please advise. Thank you!

We can replace this balance for you, but it is not a Series 350. In fact, this balance has to be custom made due to its unique design. Can you show me the metal clip or hook at the end of that white cord? It should resemble our 62-108 or 62-106, among other possible shapes. From there I should be able to ID what you need.
