Sash window coil balance spring

Hi, I'm a locksmith based in the UK. I have a customer with a UPVC sash window that also tilts in. One of the coil balance springs has snapped. I'll try to upload some images. Would you be able to identify them please? The window is 935mm W x 565mm H Many thanks, Shane.

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information. To get started, we'll need to see the pivot shoe and coil springs fully removed from the window. There should also be numbers stamped on part of the coil springs that you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. If not, we would also need to know the exact weight of your sash to ensure that the replacement coils have the correct calibration.
