This part is located in the glass window frame. It is a stop for the balance channel and is held with one screw in the top of the window frame.
The latch on the window frame says "Prime#windo". I'm not sure if that is the manufacturer of the window assembly or just the latch.
The balance channels are your typical 5/8" balance channels.
