pic's sent have a 1" depth on the foot of the channel making it a 380 series on a stamped 36DS 45 balance.

I'd recommend weighing the sash to confirm that is the case. If so, you would need 3670 strength options for your replacement balances, which will support a sash between 42-45 lbs.
