I'm afraid your balance is a little too broken for me to ID. Do you have an undamaged version we can see? That bottom nylon fitting is specifically the detail we need to see. Let me know if that would be possible.

Looks like you have two different size window balances. Balance length is determined by measuring the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings on both ends. One length 30" with a stamp option of 2930, and another 29" with a stamp of 2830. Please compare to your old hardware. Based on your location, I believe you need the Series 351. The top fitting seems to match, but being the bottom fitting is broken, we feel our 1" depth shoe should work. Please compare. Therefore, see our S351-29 with a stamp option of 2830) and an S351-30 with a stamp of 2930.
