hello! i'm looking for a similar door lever and separate lock (door knob 3 pic). House is around the 1930's. thank you!

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the handle set shown in your photos. We do carry a few residential, which you can view here, but I'm not sure if you'd be able to adapt one of them to work for your repair. Take a look and see what you think.
