On andersen site they said replace with part 1521608,thanks

the arm is attached to window with a latch that allows for easy removal -

ANDERSEN AWNING OPERATOR KIT

Product Code: 39-206

from your site this looks like the replacement the only difference is the window attachment hardware is 6 15/16 on yours and mine is about 11 and 1/2 inches
