here's the dimensions of the opening in the screen frame...sorry, should have sent this the first time!!

Thanks for getting back to us. The screen corner you have here is an older Bayform corner that is no longer available, unfortunately. To replace it, we typically suggest using the 95-187 Screen Insert Corner. The tabs that fit into the screen have a 9/16" width and 1/4" thickness.

We also offer the 95-230 corner, but this may require cutting the leg to fit the screen frame. Look over the dimensions to determine if one of these might be a good fit for your screen.

Casey, thank you for the quick reply!! Kinda thought those corners were no longer available. Going to try and modify corners I have in stock, if that doesn't work I'll reach out again for the corners you suggest.
