I as well have a customer that needs these corners, has Swisco ever identified the part, If not I have the part at my office and can let you know dimensions if need be

Unfortunately, this customer never got back to us with the screen thickness. If you can, I would also recommend sending us photos of your customer's screen corner to confirm if it's an exact match to the one shown in this thread.

screen frame thickness is 5/16", those are the exact corners that are needed in the photo

Unfortunately, this screen corner has been discontinued and no substitute has been found. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
