We'd be happy to look into this for you but I don't recognize your screen door part at first glance. If you could confirm the function of the part and clarify how it uses a screw, we can go from there. Thank you.
I'm familiar with the part shown in your photo from working on patio screen doors in the past. However, I have not come across a supplier that carries replacements for them. With that being said, it may be possible to make one out of a piece of Azak plastic wood trim. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
By chance do you know if there is any spray paint out there that matches this frame color?
Unfortunately, we do not specialize in paint matching but you may have luck taking a picture of your frame to a local hardware store that does.
