My apologies on the delay in my response. You'll need to first attempt tighten the adjustment screw. If that does not help, you may need to remove it and start from the beginning installing them again.

Did all of the measurements match up when you compared them? If not, there could be a chance that this corner screen roller may not be the correct size.
