We do not carry an exact replacement for the lockset shown in your photos but we may still be able to help. Past customers have been able to adapt something like the 40-177 or 40-130 to replace similar storm door hardware. Yes, both of the handle options that we mentioned can be flipped to accommodate left and right opening doors.
