Having a difficult time removing the screw to identify the rollers.
Any suggestions? The screw is corroded on the connecting spot on the roller.
I tried WD40 and other penetrates.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm afraid there's no secret to it. You'll just have to keep using WD-40. If physics permit, try to stick the corner of the door in a bowl of WD-40 and keep soaking for a long time. I'm talking a full 24 hours or even more. Hopefully you can get the wheel assembly out so we can identify it.
In the meantime, do you know the door manufacturer? That may give us a clue.
