Screen Door Rubber Flap held in by "C" clamp

Question

I sure hope you can help me. The rubber flap on our screen door needs to be replaced. I don't know how to remove the heavy "C" piece holding the rubber flap. I think this is a Hehr screen door. Is there a replacement part for this flap? And how can I remove that "C" clamp?

I've never seen this kind of setup before, actually. I don't even see the rubber flap you mention in your pictures. It looks like the C-clap is held in with a rivet, but I have no experience with this specific part so I can't be sure. Is it possible to go back to the installer? They may be able to come out and help you.
