Good morning, and thank you for posting! Have you seen our 84-074 Screen Door Roller? Do you think you can use this as a replacement? Please compare its dimensions to your original hardware and let me know!

Is there any way to find the plastic portion of this? I cannot seem to locate it anywhere.

Thanks for posting! We don't have this plastic sleeve, but it is removable. You could take it off of your existing roller and simply slide it on the new one.
