Screen Repair

Question

I have a Comfort Bilt screen door that I purchased from Lowe's several years ago.The metal screen has rusted and been repainted once already.I am attempting to remove it and replace it but in doing so I am cutting the screen. The components are all attached to each other. Is there a solution to my repair without removing the upper screen panel?
