Screen Spacer

A handy person from Florida says:
I cannot find any mfg info on these windows. These plastic spacers snap into a groove on one side of the inside edge of the window frame and up against the frame of the window on the outside edge. The dimensions are 5/8" wide, 1-1/2" long and 3/8" tall at the highest point. 152545 shows the screen frame up against the clip. Why the mfg makes the screen frame smaller than the opening is beyond me. The opposite side of the screen frame has the spring clips. Being plastic and exposed to sun, they have started to break. I might try bending the spring clips to take up the gap.

Hi there!

We don't have an exact match for this but take a look at our 70-176 slip-on plastic retainer clip. Look this over to see what you think.

A handy person from Florida says:
Do you have the dimensions for the clip? As much as I'd like to try one, I can't justify spending $7.00 with shipping for one!
