Screen Tab Replacement

Question

Hi. I'm looking to replace a number of screen tabs. As you can tell from the photo the tab broke of and the rest of the table is still inside the spline. Do you have a product that could replace what I have and please provide the cost to include shipping.

If you have no replacement product to accommodate me could you suggest a replacement.
