I am trying to rebuild some windows that incorporate a different style corner. It is a no-miter style, has a flange on the outside, and uses an angled clip on the upper edge to lock into the window. The clip then makes it a RH and LH style.

I did find the 95-206 which appears to be what I'm looking for however I am uncertain of the size. I used a caliper to measure the frame and I am guessing it is a 5/16 size? I am unsure of how your industry refers to sizes. I've attached my measurements of the frame
I hesitate to tear it apart to get exact internal measurements.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't be sure of what you need with the corner still installed. I agree that what I can make out is similar to the 95-206 but you would need to remove the part to determine if the specifications below match yours. If not, feel free to get back to us with additional photos and confirmation of the exact thickness of the opening in the frame where the corner installs. Thank you.
The 95-206 measures 5/16" thick by 7/16" wide as shown in your photo. Unforutnately, we do not carry any kind of screen frame material. We apologize for the inconvenience.
