I'm afraid I'm not able to identify your clip based on this photo. Would it be possible to see a picture of an undamaged version removed from the screen?

It looks to me like the metal clip locks the flange of the screen to the window frame. If so, you might be able to use the 70-047B tension spring. The two ends of the spring will fit into the slot on the screen and the top of the spring will press against the window frame. What do you think?
