I found one in your catalog, but you show the width as 5/16" PN:95-031
I think your picture is marked wrong because it looks exactly like mine. Mine is 1/4 deep, but is 5/16" tall. I think your measurement is shown on the wrong place.

Are you measuring the leg or the corner? Looking at the fourth picture above, it looks like the corner is 3/4" tall, same as ours. I can't make out the thickness of the corner, though, just the leg. I just checked our 95-031 and our measurements are accurate.

I figured it out. I was taking the width measurement at the end of the part that is inserted into the channel. You are taking the measurement at the thicker part, closer to the corner. Your part will work fine for me.
