Screen corner part

The screen frame says Made In North America there is a hand written number on the frame, Q50400-2-14

The ones I ordered are too small and are sloppy when inserted into the frame. On the Corner Piece itself stamped

Hello,

I see that you purchased the 95-266 corner, which I agree resembles the part shown in your photo. If that part is too small, we would need you to write out the exact thickness of the screen frame opening where the part installs to determine if we can provide a closer match. Thank you!

The inside screen frame dimension is 3/8"x7/16".
Not including the groove , That is 9/16

This is difficult for me to explain, I am no expert
But the ones I ordered are much too small.

I have all my frames out and screens removed never thinking I needed new corners or would be unable to get them. Frustrating.

I could send with the return corner piece's, with one of the actual .

They just need to be bigger.... But is the same style, please let me know if you need anything else, I could send photos measuring the
Frame opening.

I also agree that the 95-266 looks very similar to the corner shown in your photo. The 95-266 corner is used on 3/8" thick by 11/16" wide screen frames. We do have other corners that I listed on this page for you to review, but I'm not sure they will fit any better.

When you say that the 95-266 are too small, do you mean the leg going into the screen frame? You might try using some masking tape or duct tape to thicken the leg for a better fit.

Good Day ! The 95-266 part is the exact same style, except yes the legs and the outside corner is a little smaller, I could use tape but the corner dimensions are smaller also and just not correct. If the company who makes the 95/266 had one size up, Or if they make different sizes of that part ??? Would be perfect. The other ones you sent will not work. Wrong style.

Unforutnately, we do not carry a version of the 95-266 with larger legs designed to fit a 3/8" frame. I'm sorry that we won't be able to supply a closer match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
