I need several of these from screens made in 2000 or so. 3/4" 1/4" thick - 1/2" wide - number 509 embossed inside one -- smooth sides

Thank you for reaching out to us. This corner resembles our 95-034 for 3/8" thick screen frames. Have a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

I ordered that 95-034 It is too thick for the metal channel. Is there a "thinner" version?

I'm not sure how "thin" you mean. We have the 95-031 which is for a 5/16" thick screen frame. Take a look and see if this could be a better match.
