The channel is 7/16th for the channel width outside to outside. The clip itself is 2 inches long includes flap over hang of corner.

Take a look and compare our 95-206 white corner keys. The overall thickness is 3/8". The leg is 5/16" thick and the leg's height is 7/16" on the short side and 9/16" on the long side. See how these dimensions compare to your corner to determine if the 95-206 could work for you.
