Insert for adjustment screw is stripped and cant turn screw. I need new inserts with screws and metal rollers. I have aprox. 45 patio doors that need fixed.

Hello,
Your roller reminds me of the 84-008M. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare. Unfortunately, we can't replace any piece of the door frame, which would be specific to the manufacturer. Thanks for posting.
